Ever wanted to try aerial silks, hoop, or trapeze? Now's your chance! Join us for an exciting beginner-friendly aerial class designed for anyone looking to try something new, build strength, and have fun in a supportive environment.

In this session, you'll be introduced to the fundamentals of aerial arts, including basic climbs, holds, and poses. As you learn, you'll build strength, improve coordination, and increase flexibility- all while experiencing the thrill of being up in the air.

No previous experience is required, so whether you're a complete beginner or returning to aerial after some time away, you'll be guided every step of the way by experienced instructors and encouraged to learn at your own pace.

What to bring:

• Wear comfortable, form-fitting activewear. Avoid baggy clothes, zippers, or buttons.
• Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
• Come with an open mind and be ready to have fun!
• Please remove all jewellery before the class to avoid it catching on equipment.
